1、 Working principle
The JDAF-JT fully automatic self-cleaning filter machine consists of components such as a motor reducer, filter housing, filter screen, scraper brush combined cleaning system, controller, and electric drain valve. The raw material medium enters the filter through the feed inlet and is filtered through the gap between the filter screens from inside to outside. The filtered raw material flows from top to bottom to the outlet at the bottom, and impurities larger than those between the filter screens are intercepted. After the filter screen component runs for a certain period of time, the gap between the filter screens is blocked by impurities. When the pressure difference reaches the preset value, the controller monitors the signal and sends instructions. The deceleration motor drives the rotating scraper to automatically clean the dirt attached to the filter screen, maintain the filtering function of the filter screen, and ensure the smoothness of the filter screen gap; When the impurities at the bottom of the filter increase, as long as the slag discharge valve at the bottom is opened, the impurities will be discharged smoothly, keeping the system pressure normal. The scraper style self-cleaning filter has a reasonable scraper layout and optimized scraping angle
Driven by the deceleration motor, the rotating scraper timely scrapes off impurities in the filter gap, eliminating the trouble of removing and cleaning the filter screen, and keeping the raw materials unobstructed for filtration. The scraping system consists of a self-cleaning filter composed of a fixed plate, scraping brush combination cleaning, and brush filaments. The selection of brush filament pressure compensation is reasonable to minimize wear on the filter screen.

1) Adopting fully automatic online continuous filtration to meet the requirements of process automation operation;
2) The system adopts electric drive: using a reducer to drive a rotating scraper cleaning system, it automatically removes impurities attached to the filter screen and maintains the filtering function of the filter screen;
3) Control functions: differential pressure cleaning, scheduled cleaning, manual cleaning; And the pressure difference takes priority and can be connected to the central control room;
4) Through practical verification, the filtering effect is particularly good. The filter adopts a stainless steel wedge-shaped filter, which is clean and not easily worn out;
5) Replace traditional bag filters, blue filters, filter cartridge filters, vibrating screen filters, plate and frame filters, belt filters, and more in many fields
